REMINDER - Ongoing Overseas Voting (Internet Voting)
Registered overseas Filipino voters under Agana PCG's consular jurisdictions (Guam, CNMI, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and Marshall Islands) are reminded to enroll and vote as soon as possible to ensure smooth participation in the 2025 National Elections.
Registered overseas Filipino voters can ENROLL and VOTE by TYPING the following links to your browser:

Official Link of the Pre-Voting Enrollment for Internet Voting
The COMELEC is pleased to announce that the OVS Pre-Voting Enrollment link is now live.
Type https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll in your device browser to open the Pre-Voting Enrollment page or Scan the QR code using your mobile device.
Pre-Voting Enrollment will be open for Registered Filipino Overseas Voters for the 2025 Philippine National Elections until 07 May 2025.
Please note that the said link is geo-blocked in the Philippines (The link cannot be accessed if you are in the Philippines).
