When do I get my new passport?
- More or less 4 - 6 weeks after application.
- Note: There is no expedited processing since all passports are printed in the Philippines.
How do I get my new passport?
- Click here to check if your name is on the list of e-passports ready for release.
- If your name is on the list, you may go to the Consulate General from Monday - Friday, 4:00PM - 5:00PM, except during holidays, to claim your new passport. No prior appointment is needed for passport releasing.
Requirements to personally claim new passport:
- If renewal, original current ePassport
- If new application, receipt + photo ID
Requirements if new passport will be claimed through a representative:
- Original current ePassport of passport owner
- Authorization Letter + copy of the ID of representative
***Passports not claimed after 6 months will be canceled and may no longer be claimed.
