The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam informs all registered Filipino voters for the 2025 Philippine Midterm Elections under the Consulate’s consular jurisdictions of Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia and Marshall Islands that according to COMELEC, the Online Voting Enrollment is not yet open. The system is currently undergoing final security checks by the DICT.

Once the security checks are complete, the COMELEC will make available the official link for the pre-online voting enrollment. The Consulate will make an announcement once the link is live.
