18 March 2025- The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam announces that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in Saipan, CNMI on 29 March (Saturday, halfday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm) and on 30 March 2025 (Sunday, 9:00am – 12:00pm) at the Sun Palace Hotel, Susupe, Saipan CNMI (tentative venue).

All ePassport applicants are requested to secure their appointment slots through the Global Appointment Online Appointment System (GOAS) by logging in at www.passport.gov.ph and choosing the following site:

- The Consular Outreach team will also offer other consular services such as Notarization/Legalization, Civil Registry and acceptance of Dual Citizenship applications.
For applicants availing of Civil Registry (Reports of Birth, Reports of Marriage and Reports of Death), Notarials and Dual Citizenship applications, all documents and requirements must be submitted to the Consulate General for pre-screening/evaluation and pre-processing on or before 28 March 2025 via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Pre-screening and Pre-processing of Civil Registry documents and Dual Citizenship applications will be strictly observed.
For consular services, including passport renewal, that require civil registration documents (e.g. birth certificate and marriage certificate), only documents from the Philippine Statistics Authority or its predecessor National Statistics Office will be accepted. The following shall be observed and implemented at the Consular Outreach Mission:
- Only passport applicants who have secured their appointment thru GOAS will be allowed at the venue, no escort(s), except for Senior Citizens, PWD and minor applicants;
- Passport applicants are reminded to bring the print-out of their GOAS-generated passport application form on the date and time of their appointment;
- Applicants are advised to show up at the venue on the date and time indicated in the schedule;
- Passport applicants should wear proper attire (i.e. with collar and sleeves) for data capture purposes; and,
- Ensure submission of complete requirements by checking at https://aganapcg.dfa.gov.ph/
Further, in compliance with the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Foreign Service Circular FSC No.2024-039 dated 03 May 2024, Expedite Fees for same-day processing and releasing of Notarials, Certifications and Authentication services, will be charged to Consular applicants (except for passport transactions) in the amount of USD10.00 per document during Consular Outreach Missions.

(C) Releasing of Passports - The public is also advised that Passports processed during the previous Consular Outreach Mission in Saipan, CNMI on 8-9 February 2025 will be available for claiming on 29 to 30 March 2025 with the following detailed schedule:

Passport claimants are reminded to bring their official receipts and old passports for cancellation. If the passport applicant is unable to personally claim their new passports and choose to designate a representative to claim their passports, please be guided by the following requirements:
1.Bring the original current ePassport of the passport owner.
2.For immediate family members – Bring an Authorization Letter and copy of the ID of the representative.
3.For other representatives (non-family members) – Bring a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and copy of the ID of the representative.
