The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam announces that the ballot packets for registered voters in Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands will be mailed on 10 April 2022 in accordance with the approved mode of voting for this jurisdiction. All ballot packets will be sent to the addresses provided during registration. Registered voters are encouraged to await the delivery of their ballot packets.
Ballot packets with incomplete/invalid addresses, those that indicated ℅ Philippine Consulate General, and those that will be returned to sender will be available for pick-up during the Consular Mobile Outreach to be conducted by the Consulate General by end of April 2022.
Passport services will also be available, only on appointment basis, during the Consular Mobile Outreach. Please note that other consular services will not be available during the outreach. The final dates and other details will be announced in due course.
