The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam announces that starting 25 February 2022,  appointments for passport services at the Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam can only be made through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) . 

Please access the appointment system at this link :  https://www.passport.gov.ph/.  Please note that appointments for Guam are made under the "North America" region together with other Posts in the US.  

Applicants who have already booked their appointment through the previous Consulate Setmore system do not need to book a new appointment.
