First Voter for Pre enrollment

01 April 2025, Guam - The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam (Agana PCG) received its first applicant for pre-enrollment for internet voting at its designated kiosk in the Consulate premises on 28 March 2025. 

A 71-year old male registered overseas voter from Guam was assisted by Post’s SBEI Third Member and successfully enrolled for internet voting for the 2025 Philippine Midterm Elections at the Consulate’s designated kiosk.

All overseas Filipino voters are required to complete their pre-voting enrollment on or before 07 May 2025 to verify their identity and to participate in the online voting for overseas voters. Official overseas voting period is from 13 April to 12 May 2025. No physical ballots will be mailed to overseas voters.

Registered overseas Filipino voters under Agana PCG's consular jurisdictions (Guam, CNMI, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and Marshall Islands) are reminded to pre-enroll as soon as possible to ensure smooth participation in the upcoming 2025 National Elections.

The Overseas Voter is also asked to refer to the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) to check if he/she is a registered overseas Filipino voter under Agana PCG:
