Overseas voters registered in Guam can choose one of these options to claim their ballot packets:
OPTION 1: Personally pick-up their ballot packets at the premises of the Consulate General (Suite 601, ITC Bldg, 590 S. Marine Corps. Dr. Tamuning) from 8:30AM to 5:30PM on 10-17 April 2022.
Note: Please present a photo ID upon claiming.
OPTION 2: Wait for their ballot packets to arrive in the mail. All ballot packets left unclaimed after 17 April 2022 will be mailed on 18 April 2022. All ballot packets will be sent to the addresses provided during registration.
